Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If we become aware that an account has been created by someone under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend or remove that account.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, users may be required to create an account. When creating an account, users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify MORE immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

More Network, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the integrity or safety of the Platform.

Platform Purpose

MORE is a social networking platform designed to help entrepreneurs, creators, builders, and professionals connect with one another locally and build meaningful relationships.

The Platform allows users to create profiles, share information about their work and interests, discover other users, communicate through messaging features, and participate in a professional networking community.

More Network, Inc. does not guarantee business opportunities, partnerships, employment, or financial outcomes resulting from connections made through the Platform.

User Content

Users may create, upload, post, or share content on the Platform, including profile information, messages, photos, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, by submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant More Network, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they post does not violate laws, intellectual property rights, or the rights of other individuals.

More Network, Inc. reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or that may harm the Platform or its users.

Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with its intended purpose. Users may not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other users.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent identity or affiliation.
• Post or distribute harmful, misleading, fraudulent, or offensive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers, or other user accounts.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or similar technologies to access or collect information from the Platform.
• Engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

Platform Availability

More Network, Inc. strives to maintain reliable access to the Platform; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside of our control.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Platform at any time.

Intellectual Property

All technology, software, design, branding, trademarks, and content associated with the Platform, excluding User Content, are the property of More Network, Inc. or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written permission from More Network, Inc.

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. More Network, Inc. makes no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, More Network, Inc. and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
